Fridge Friends: Let’s keep our shared fridge clean and organized! Every Friday, we kindly ask you to remove any items that don’t have labels. This helps us maintain a fresh and enjoyable space for everyone.
Meeting Magic: Need a meeting room? No problem! To guarantee availability, please remember to book your desired meeting room in advance at www.nestwork.bg. This ensures that all members can make the most of our well-equipped spaces.
Shared Spaces Serenity: We all value a peaceful work environment, so we kindly request that phone calls and smelly food be limited to designated areas like the kitchen. Let’s create an atmosphere where everyone can concentrate and enjoy their meals.
Glassware Gathering: When it’s time to wrap up your day, we kindly ask you to return any glasses, cups, or mugs to the kitchen. By doing so, we can maintain a tidy and inviting workspace for all to enjoy.
Garbage Guardian: Keeping our workspace clean is a shared responsibility. Please ensure that all garbage finds its way into the trash bins provided. Let’s make it easy for everyone to maintain a pristine working environment.
Lights-Out Luminosity: Be the hero of energy conservation! As you leave a room or shared space, please remember to turn off the lights. Your contribution to reducing energy consumption is greatly appreciated.
Personal Space Policy: To ensure a fair and efficient use of desks and chairs, we kindly request that personal belongings not be left unattended unless you have a fixed desk membership. Let’s keep the spaces open and ready for everyone to use.
Friends & Fun: We love when our community grows! If you plan to bring a friend to our coworking space, please let us know in advance. This helps us ensure a smooth and inclusive experience for everyone.
Community Spirit: We encourage community-driven events that bring us all together! If you’re organizing an event, we kindly ask that it be non-profitable unless communicated to the management. For events with entry fees, please discuss them with our management team.
Wellness Matters: Your well-being is important to us. If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly request that you take necessary precautions and, if needed, rest at home. Your health and the health of our community are paramount.
Door & Window Delicacy: To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you avoid slamming doors and windows, as it can cause damage. Let’s ensure a calm and respectful atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Mails: Once you receive a package, you will get a notification from us. The mail must be paid in advance. Mail service is available only for active hot desk membership, fixed desk membership and private offices. The mails will be stored for free for 5 days from the date of receipt in our office, аfter 5th day we will charge you 25 BGN per month storage fee for.
Flexi and Lite memberships everyone must purchase the Get Mail add-on in order to receive mail in the office. The same rules as above are applicable. The price for Get Mail service is 25 BGN, VAT included.
Please make sure you use your own personal information when filling in the details for the order such as: phone number and email.
The recipient’s name must be indicated on the mail.
