Once you receive a package, you will get a notification from us. The mail service must be paid in advance. Mail service is available only for active Hot Desk memberships, Fixed Desk memberships and private offices.
Mail will be stored for free for 5 days from the date of receipt in our office; after the 5th day we will charge a storage fee of 25 BGN per month.
For Flexi and Lite memberships, the Get Mail add-on must be purchased in order to receive mail in the office. The same rules as above are applicable. The price for the Get Mail service is 25 BGN, VAT included.
Please make sure you use your own personal information when filling in the details for the order, such as phone number and email. The recipient's name must be indicated on the mail.
