1.Membership Update
Flexi Membership (Current Lite Membership)
New price: 350 bgn (VAT incl.)
Access: 24/7 access, extending beyond the previous 24/5 limitation. The new membership structure now offers continuous access throughout every day of the week.
Voucher: The voucher is now 50 bgn which can be used for Nestwork services.
Please note: The changes will take effect on April ,1st 2025, and will apply only to NEW orders. Existing Lite membership will remain unchanged until expiration date. All memberships can participate in the new loyalty program described below.
Flexi Visits (Current Flexi Membership)
Our most adaptable option, perfect for those who need occasional access to Nestwork without committing to a full membership. This plan allows you to enjoy our coworking space whenever you need, providing a comfortable and professional environment with all the essential amenities.

This provides us with yet another opportunity to introduce a couple of new platforms into the community.
Nestwork Stays
A dedicated platform for short- and long-term accommodation solutions. Built and developed for exclusive needs that offer seamless and hassle-free accommodation services to all members in our community. Whether you’re a digital nomad looking for a temporary home or a business professional seeking long-term stays for work-related purposes, Nestwork Stay is your one-stop solution for accommodation.
Nestwork Jobs Portal
It gives us great pleasure to announce the launch of the Nestwork Jobs Portal. A portal than works towards linking talented professionals with innovative companies, beyond just a job portal.
For Job seekers and freelancers:
Create a professional profile that showcases your skills and experience. This is where you will upload your resumes and portfolios so employers can easily access them. Find jobs or freelance opportunities that match your interests.
For employers:
Posters for every role/job requirement. Cleared access to exclude pool of job seekers. Smoothing application processes with easy-to-use tools. Forming teams that go with what being aligned to company objectives.
3. New Loyalty Program
We’re introducing a brand-new Loyalty Program that will replace the current Points System. This new program rewards members based on their total investment over the year, offering exclusive benefits and automatic discounts ranging from 5% to 25% at checkout.
The more you invest in Nestwork, the more you gain in return!

4. Transforming Baby Nest
We are excited to announce a transformation of the Baby Nest to better align with the evolving needs of our community. This change is driven by both our vision for a more dynamic workspace and the valuable insights shared by our members. Your feedback has played a crucial role in shaping this decision, ensuring that our spaces support collaboration, connection, and productivity in the best possible way.
Here is what’s changing:
1. The small quiet zone – affectionately known by many as “Carolin Quarter” – remains unchanged and will continue to be part of the coworking space.
2. The big quiet zone and the kitchen area will be reimagined as vibrant, interactive spaces designed for teamwork, networking, and idea exchange.
We believe that these changes will create a more inspiring and adaptable environment where individual focus and group synergy can thrive side by side.
