We are reaching out to you today to inform you about an upcoming change in our membership plans and pricing. From 7th of June, we will be introducing major changes to our memberships.
- Subscription plans changes:
- Flexy Membership
We want to inform you that we will be removing the daily and weekly passes from our subscription plans. Instead, we will be introducing the Flexy Membership. With the Flexy Membership, you will have the ultimate flexibility to choose any number of days between 1 and 30, straight through our website. You will also have the option to use those days in 1, 2 or 3 months.
We understand that everyone has different needs, and we want to offer a plan that works for you. With the Flexy Membership, you can choose the number of days you want to use, and when you want to use them. Whether you need to use our service for a day, a week, or even a month, the Flexy Membership will offer you the flexibility to do so.
We believe that this change will provide our subscribers with greater control over their membership, and allow them to get the most out of our services. We are excited to offer this new membership plan and are confident that it will meet the needs of all our subscribers.
- Lite Membership
The 30 Day Pass will now be known as the Lite Membership. As a Lite Member, you will continue to enjoy 30 visits within a 90-day period. However, we have made a slight adjustment to the access hours. Lite Membership now offers access from Monday to Friday (24/5), providing you with an ideal environment to focus and collaborate during the workweek. Despite the adjustment in access hours, the Lite Membership still offers the convenience and flexibility you’ve come to appreciate. You can choose the weekdays that suit your schedule within the 90-day validity period, giving you the freedom to work on your terms. The nestwork voucher for this membership will be reduced to 20 leva.
- Membership Price Adjustments:
To ensure that we can continue delivering exceptional coworking services and maintain the high standards our members have come to expect, we will be implementing slight price adjustments across our membership plans. The biggest change here is that the Credit/Debit card fee is now included by the new pricing.

- Current price: 25 BGN with VAT per day
- New Price: 26 BGN with VAT per day
- *pricing will vary depending on the quantity of days added
- Lite Membership:
- Current Price: 260 BGN with VAT
- New Price: 276 BGN with VAT (one-time payment)
- Hot Desk Membership:
- Current Price: 260 BGN with VAT
- New Price: 288 BGN with VAT (monthly base)
- Fixed Desk Membership:
- Current Price: 350 BGN with VAT
- New Price: 370 BGN with VAT (monthly base)
